 One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) as a Digital Library of PGGC-11 Library

The One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) initiative is a Government of India proposal aimed at providing unified access to scholarly e-resources (journals, e-books, databases) to all higher education institutions through a single national subscription.
